Open appetite

Combine a tablespoon of both green tea, ginger, cumin, and sage, with a lemon bean, in four glasses of water, put it on the heat until boiling, then drink from the mixture a glass on the glitter in the morning, and a glass before dinner.

Honey

, we have a tablespoon of honey on the lagoon, then we drink a glass of water, and after half an hour we drink a cup of unclean tea.

Onion peel

Clean some of the onion peel used for food, boil it in a glass of water and drain it, then eat it before each meal.

Cinnamon Powder

Combine a spoonful of honey, a half spoonful of cinnamon in a glass of water, put the mixture in a saucepan, put it on fire, then divide the mixture in two cups, a glass we eat in the morning before breakfast, and a cup in the evening before dinner.
